Virtual Recruitment Interview Simulation gave me mixed emotions. I was excited and nervous at the same time, and there was a doubt that I might not pass it. First of all, I thank God because He gave me strength and guide me to answer all the question that has been given to me by the interviewer. This was my very first interview, and I must say that it’s not that easy. I may answer some general questions like, ‘tell me about yourself,’ but there are some questions that I didn’t answer well because I don’t know the exact answer for that question. I know my weakness is having a difficulty in verbal speaking, especially in the English language. I am still in the process of improving it and I know someday I will be a very good motivational speaker.
Overall, VRIS helped me to know myself better, what are my strengths and weaknesses. It was realized to me that this is just the beginning of working in the real world. I am very thankful for this program and very happy that I passed it. I also wanna thank my professors for this opportunity.
